A 38-storey commercial steel frame development in the heart of London’s Square Mile, and one of the largest projects ever undertaken by DCD Ltd.

Our scope includes the installation of 78,268m² of metal decking, provision of safety netting, and the welding of more than 179,900 19x95 (LAW) shear connectors.
The works are being delivered across multiple high-rise levels, requiring meticulous planning, phased logistics, and close coordination with the steel contractor to maintain programme and ensure safe access throughout.

This live, large-scale project presents the challenges of operating within a busy central London environment, where space and access are restricted. Despite these constraints, our team continues to deliver to programme, upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
